Tibial plateau fracture
The articular surface, without the femur in the way.
The femur and patella are made translucent so the depressed, split plateau is visible from above, the view no plain film and few CT slices give you. Printed, the same model can be held against a plate to pre-contour it before the list.

These trials ran in hospitals with fluoroscopy and implants on the shelf; where either is short, knowing the fracture before the list matters more.
